Biography
Geoffrey Fells is formerly from the UK and then was a studio owner in Washington DC. He is a highly commended fellow of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing in both the Standard and Latin American Branches. For 12 years, Geoffrey was Chairman of the United States Imperial Society. Geoffrey is also a former Ballroom Director of the National Dance Council of America (NDCA) and was responsible for creating the annual registration of Teachers and Professionals. With the help of a Ms. Kathy Bare, Geoffrey wrote the first NDCA Rule Book. Geoffrey has also represented the USA as a judge at two World Championchips in Munich and Tokyo. He now resides in Honolulu, Hawaii.
